What services do you offer?

We believe great weddings are built step by step from the very beginning. That’s why we only do full-service wedding planning.

What wedding budgets do you work with?

We typically work with overall wedding budgets starting from 60,000 – 70,000 EUR.

How much does a wedding planner in Barcelona cost?

Our full-service wedding planning fee starts from 8,000 EUR (VAT included) for weddings of up to 130 guests. Final fees depend on guest count, location, and complexity of the celebration.

Do you work with international couples?

Most of our couples plan their destination wedding in Barcelona from abroad. We work fluently in both English and Spanish and handle all local coordination, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

How many weddings do you take on each year?

To ensure every celebration receives the attention it deserves, we work with a select number of couples each year.

Where’s your home base?

We are based in Sitges, 44 km south of Barcelona, and specialise in destination weddings in Barcelona and the surrounding regions.

What areas of Spain do you cover?

Barcelona, Sitges, Tarragona and Costa Brava.

When’s the best time to hire you?

Book 1.5 years in advance if you can, but at least a year is ideal. We keep our weddings limited each season, prioritising quality over quantity. If you’re closer to the date, be ready to move a bit faster as some vendors book up 1-2 years ahead.

When’s the ideal time to get married in Barcelona?

For an all-outdoor wedding, we recommend end of May, June, September, and beginning of October. If you’re into the idea of a half-indoor, half-outdoor wedding, late April and early November can work too.

When’s the best time to lock in our venue?

We recommend starting your venue search about 18 months ahead of time. If you’ve got your eye on a villa, especially for the most in-demand dates (May/June/September/October), they can book up even faster, sometimes 2 years in advance
